Become a founding supporter of Urbanity Dance. Your support will ensure that Urbanity Dance can bring community outreach, dance education, and innovative dance performances to the Boston area. Also, when we make a profit on a show, we give a portion of that money back into the community, through college scholarships and other charitable organizations. When you give, we give back... your generosity will have a ripple effect.
Urbanity Dance is a member of the Boston Dance Alliance, a 501(c)3 arts institution. Therefore, all donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent provided by the law.

2.) Corporate Sponsorship
Are you a business owner? Does your company match donations? Corporate sponsors can pay using either of the above methods and enjoy the benefits described below.
Why should my company support Urbanity Dance? Not only will you be supporting local arts with a tax deductible donation, but supporting Urbanity Dance is a great way to promote your business. By becoming a corporate sponsor, you send a message to hundreds-thousands of concentrated arts supporters in Boston with an interest in supporting the businesses that care about local arts.

3.) Commission or sponsor a unique new work
By contributing $1000, you or your company can sponsor the choreography and performance of a unique dance creation. By contributing $500, you can sponsor the costuming design and construction for a new work. You can choose which new piece you would like to sponsor! To learn more about the current rep being created or to see if any of them spark your fancy, email urbanitydance@gmail.com. As a thank you for making the new work possible, your name/business name will be listed in the show program and will permanently appear alongside your work on the Urbanity website.
4.) Attend an Urbanity Fundraising Party

5.) Come to the show and help get out the word!
If you can’t contribute as a donor right now, consider joining our mailing list & help us spread the word about Boston’s newest contemporary dance group to friends and family. Help e-spread the word through Twitter and Facebook. Thank you in advance for your support!

*Please note: For all monies raised up to $5,000, BDA deducts 10% of the contribution for administrative and accounting costs with the balance paid to the member as an artist fee. All funds raised above $5,000 and BDA will deduct a lower %.
